RATE SETTING SERVICE
We provide a rate setting tool that delivers the exact right price for each week of the year so that we can effectively forecast if and when to lower or raise rates as we move from the winter into the spring.
CHECK IN/OUT INSPECTION
We will complete and inspection on check out/check in to mark the condition of the property and any damage that may have taken place.
An action plan and to-do lists will be developed into a report that you’re able to view when you access your online account. From there, you can direct us on what you would like done to the unit before your first tenant checks in.
CLEANING SERVICE MANAGEMENT
We will hire the right cleaner or work with your own preferred service to ensure that the unit is always presentable and in top-tier condition.
LEASE ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT
We will monitor all lease payment schedules to ensure payments are being received on time and cancel all delinquent paid leases in a timely manner to guarantee all of your money gets to you.
POST SEASON INSPECTION
A yearly inventory on the condition and contents of the property lets you know what you have to do to bring the unit back into optimum condition year to year. We will walk your property from one end to the next and provide a detailed report of your maintenance items.
IN-SEASON COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT
We will respond with a visit to the unit within one hour. If a simple solution can resolve the issue, we will fix it immediately. If a service call needs to be made, our contractors will respond day-of and provide our customers a preferred rate.
